Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pleases contact the people who follow up with your order.

• For the sample fees or small amount, we suggest pay by Western Union or our PingPong Account.
• If the Mass Payment, Usually, 30% as deposit, 70% before shippment by TT. 
• L/C is acceptable for large amount.
